Early pilot
Less time typing discharge summaries.
We are building a tool that turns photos of handwritten ward notes into a draft discharge summary, for a doctor to edit and sign.

What it does
Photograph, don't transcribe
Ward notes, lab slips and imaging reports, shot on any phone. Nothing typed by hand.
Flags what it isn't sure of
Unclear handwriting and missing values are marked for the doctor to check, not guessed.
Your department's own format
Drafts follow each unit's own template, so they are easy to review.
Where we are
Discharge Desk is in an early pilot. A small group of doctors is trying it in their daily ward work, and we are improving it based on their feedback.
We are also talking with hospital administrations about how a tool like this should be introduced safely. It is not commercially available.
Discharge Desk only drafts documentation. A doctor reviews, edits and signs every summary. It does not diagnose or make treatment decisions.
